What does 14K / 585 gold mean?
585 gold contains 58.5% pure gold. The remaining metals influence its colour and durability. Our 14K gold jewellery is made from this precious metal alloy. Check the material listed on each product page; our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver.
Where is the jewellery made?
Our gold and silver jewellery is crafted in Italy. Each piece is delivered with an NTHIRTYTHREE jewellery box and a certificate of authenticity.
Why do you show the gold weight?
Length and width describe the proportions; weight adds another useful point of comparison. Compare the approximate weight for the length you select, together with the material, dimensions and chain style. Small weight variations can occur during production.
Which chain style should I choose?
Curb chains have closely linked, flattened links. Figaro chains alternate shorter and longer links. Box chains have a geometric profile, while anchor chains feature oval links. Choose the style you like, then compare the available widths and lengths.

How do I choose the right length and width?
Measure a necklace or bracelet that fits you well and compare it with the options on the product page. Necklace length determines where the chain sits; width changes how subtle or prominent it looks. The fit also depends on your proportions. Use our jewellery size guide or email us for personal advice before ordering.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store each piece separately. Avoid contact with chlorine, cleaning agents and cosmetics, and remove your jewellery before swimming or sport. Clean gently with a soft cloth and lukewarm water, then dry carefully.
How does delivery work?
Standard shipping within Germany and the EU is free. Delivery is generally within 2–5 business days of order confirmation; check the delivery information on your product page. We send a DHL tracking link after dispatch. See shipping and returns for full details and international delivery.
Can I return my order or choose another length?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your withdrawal. You pay the direct return shipping costs. For return instructions, exceptions and refunds, see shipping and returns. If you would like a different length, contact us with your order number and preferred option so we can check availability.
