All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Germany. Thus, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.
Outside the EU these may apply.
For deliveries, e.g. to Switzerland, customs duties are usually only due from a value of goods of approx. 150€. However, it is important to note that an import sales tax must still be paid.
The customs duties go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be paid by you.
If you email us before your order is shipped we may be able to cancel it.
However, we would like to keep our promise of fast delivery and therefore, for system technical reasons, we cannot cancel orders that are already processed.
If your order has already been shipped and you do not like your selection, you are welcome to return it and reorder the desired items.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Returns must be shipped single boxed in order to protect the hats (each hat has to be returned in a separate parcel).
There are no return vouchers. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
In order to assign the return to your order, we kindly ask you to attach a letter with your name and order number or the revocation form.

For returns outside the EU, it is very important to note on the customs slip that the box is a "Product Return". We recommend that you send returns by tracked or by similar traceable postage service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-12 business days for us to process your request.
When your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification that your refund was processed back to your original method of payment.
Depending on your bank, a refund back to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account.
